Acceptance The Use Of HumanTalk.io Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of HumanTalk.io is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. Account Suspension For Abuse

All the content is moderated and could be declined because of the reasons described above.

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, User accounts which it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms.

The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

In particular, but without limitation, Users may not copy, share, sublicense, transfer/assign their licenses of HumanTalk to ANY third party even if it’s without the third-party User's knowledge.

Fair Use Policy

To prevent abuse fair use policy limits apply on our plans. To potect our ecosystem and serve our users HumanTalk.io can block, restrict accounts of any abusers who share, distribute their account with 3rd party and of users who exceed who exceed the usage of 95% of the users using our platform.

The fair use limits are clearly listed on our websites HumanTalk.io in the FAQ section for your refunded.

Refunds:

* Refund policy allows you to get a full refund for your purchase. You have (30) days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the (30) days time limit will not be processed.
* All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@humantalk.io within 30 days of purchase.

Liability for provided content

Users are solely liable for any content they generate, post, share, or provide through this Application. Users acknowledge and accept that HumanTalk and associated companies does not filter or moderate such content.

However, the HumanTalk team reserves the right to remove, delete, block or rectify such content at its own discretion and to, without prior notice, deny the uploading User access to this Application:

if any complaint based on such content is received;

if a notice of infringement of intellectual property rights is received;

upon order of a public authority; or

where the Owner is made aware that the content, while being accessible via this Application, may represent a risk for Users, third parties and/or the availability of the Service.

The removal, deletion, blocking or rectification of content shall not entitle Users that have provided such content or that are liable for it, to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

Users agree to hold the HumanTalk team and related companies harmless from and against any claim asserted and/or damage suffered due to content they provided to or provided through this Application.

Miscellaneous.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between HumanTalk.io and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
